  1. Receive and accurately process incoming merchandise shipments.
  2. Sort and organize merchandise according to company standards.
  3. Stock merchandise onto shelves and displays in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Ensure that all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and sales floor.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  7. Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  9. Adhere to company safety and security procedures to protect merchandise and team members.
  10. Continuously monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with merchandise to management.
  11. Assist in maintaining accurate records of merchandise received and stocked.
  12. Proactively seek to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Represent the Sam's Club brand by embodying company values and delivering exceptional service to members.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management: A Freight Flow Associate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of How The Transportation And Distribution Of Goods Works, As Well As Experience In Managing Inventory And Tracking Shipments.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Requires Consistently Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, Often In A Fast-Paced Environment. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
