- Maintain stocked and organized freezers, coolers, and deli section to ensure customers have access to desired products.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to management.
- Receive, verify, and price incoming products.
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure freshness and quality of products.
- Keep work area clean and free of clutter.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport products.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Continuously develop knowledge of products and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company standards for accuracy and productivity.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Communicate any customer concerns or feedback to management.
Previous Experience In A Retail Or Grocery Store Environment, With A Focus On Stocking And Organizing Products In The Freezer, Cooler, And Deli Sections.
Knowledge Of Food Handling And Safety Regulations, Including Proper Temperature Control And Storage Procedures.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Restocking Shelves, Assisting Customers, And Operating Equipment.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Team Members In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
