- Stocking and maintaining inventory levels in the freezer, cooler, and deli sections of the store.
- Ensuring all products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Rotating and organizing products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.
- Assisting with receiving and unloading deliveries of products.
- Checking product quality and expiration dates to ensure only fresh and high-quality items are stocked.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and helping members locate products.
- Collaborating with team members to efficiently and effectively stock and maintain all areas of the store.
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicating any product or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Guidelines, Including Proper Storage And Handling Of Perishable Items.
Experience With Stocking And Inventory Management: Previous Experience In Stocking And Inventory Management Is Preferred, As The Role Requires Efficiently Organizing And Restocking Items In The Freezer, Cooler, And Deli Sections.
Physical Ability: This Position Involves Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Items, So The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Customer Service Skills: As A Customer-Facing Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Assist And Interact With Members And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills To Ensure Timely Restocking And Rotation Of Products, As Well As Maintaining A Clean And Organized Work Area.
