Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized freezer, cooler, and deli section at all times.
3. Monitor inventory levels and stock shelves with fresh and quality products.
4. Assist members with finding products and provide information about pricing and availability.
5. Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
6. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective stocking and restocking of products.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from members.
9. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stock products.
10. Assist with fulfilling online orders and preparing them for pickup by members.
11. Keep track of expiration dates and rotate products accordingly to ensure freshness.
12. Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and returns, accurately and efficiently.
13. Continuously monitor stock levels and inform management of any low or out-of-stock items.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
15. Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
