- Maintain inventory levels of freezer, cooler, and deli products and ensure they are always well-stocked.
- Organize and rotate products according to expiration dates and product quality.
- Restock and replenish products on shelves and in displays in a timely manner.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Monitor and report any product shortages or damages to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the freezer, cooler, and deli sections.
- Assist customers with locating products and providing excellent customer service.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate restocking and organization of products.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures: A Freezer, Cooler And Deli Stocker Associate At Sam's Club Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations To Ensure Proper Storage And Handling Of Perishable Items.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
