
Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

As a member of our dedicated stocking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our freezer, cooler, and deli sections are always fully stocked and ready for our members to shop. - Stock and organize inventory in the freezer, cooler, and deli sections on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all products are properly rotated and labeled according to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the freezer, cooler, and deli sections.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock products as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling and stocking products.
- Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries and sorting merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with questions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely stocking of products.
- Keep track of product expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with team members and members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any product or stocking issues.
- Occasionally assist with other tasks, such as cashiering or cleaning, as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve stocking processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Attend all required training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Setting, Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Food Safety: Familiarity With Food Safety Regulations And Best Practices Is Essential For This Role To Ensure Proper Handling And Storage Of Perishable Items.
Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Stocking Of Heavy Items, Therefore Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment Is Necessary.
Attention To Detail: As A Freezer, Cooler And Deli Stocker Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensuring The Freshness And Quality Of Products. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Avoid Any Potential Errors Or Spoilage.
Customer Service Skills: This Role Involves Frequent Interaction With Customers, So Strong Communication Skills And A Friendly Demeanor Are Important To Provide Excellent Customer Service.
