  1. Operate a forklift with precision and efficiency to move and organize merchandise within the store.
  2. Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and storage areas.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with questions, locating products, and carrying out merchandise.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or high-demand items to management.
  7. Follow all safety protocols while operating the forklift and handling merchandise.
  8. Assist with unloading and loading trucks, as needed.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members and interacting with members.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on all store policies and procedures.
  12. Help with store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
  13. Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.
  14. Uphold the company's values and mission to provide top-quality products at unbeatable prices.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Forklift Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Forklift Certification From A Recognized Training Program, Demonstrating Their Ability To Safely Operate A Forklift.

  • Merchandising Experience: Previous Experience In Merchandising And Stocking Is Preferred, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Responsible For Moving And Organizing Products On The Sales Floor.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Strength And Endurance, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items Throughout Their Shift.

  • Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail Is Essential, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Products Are Properly Labeled, Organized, And Displayed On The Sales Floor.
