- Operate a forklift with precision and efficiency to move and organize merchandise within the store.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with questions, locating products, and carrying out merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or high-demand items to management.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating the forklift and handling merchandise.
- Assist with unloading and loading trucks, as needed.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members and interacting with members.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on all store policies and procedures.
- Help with store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.

Forklift Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Forklift Certification From A Recognized Training Program, Demonstrating Their Ability To Safely Operate A Forklift.
Merchandising Experience: Previous Experience In Merchandising And Stocking Is Preferred, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Responsible For Moving And Organizing Products On The Sales Floor.
Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Strength And Endurance, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items Throughout Their Shift.
Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail Is Essential, As The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Products Are Properly Labeled, Organized, And Displayed On The Sales Floor.
Team Player: The Forklift-Merchandising Associate Will Work Closely With Other Associates And Team Members, So The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
