  1. Operate forklift to move and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
  2. Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and easily accessible for members.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  4. Assist in unloading and loading trucks, as needed.
  5. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  6. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when operating equipment.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to members by answering any questions and assisting with their shopping needs.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving processes.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes to enhance the shopping experience for members.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse to provide coverage as needed.
  15. Complete any additional tasks or duties assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience Operating A Forklift: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Operating A Forklift In A Retail Or Warehouse Setting. This Includes A Working Knowledge Of Forklift Safety Procedures And The Ability To Maneuver The Forklift In Tight Spaces.

  • Strong Merchandising Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Merchandising Principles, Including Product Placement, Inventory Management, And Visual Presentation. They Should Also Possess Basic Math Skills For Counting And Organizing Products.

  • Physical Ability: This Position Requires The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Pounds, And Stand For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Forklift-Merchandising Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Accuracy And Quality Of Product Placement And Inventory Management. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Spot Any Discrepancies Or Errors.

  • Team Player: This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Associates, Both On The Forklift And On The Sales Floor. Candidates Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment, As Well As Independently. A Positive Attitude And Willingness To Help Others Is Also Important.
