  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  6. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  8. Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the company.
  9. Develop and maintain a network of reliable and efficient suppliers and vendors.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve supply chain processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them where applicable to optimize supply chain operations.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, regarding supply chain performance and initiatives.
  14. Develop and manage supply chain budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain department.

  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Supply Chain Operations, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation Of Strategies To Improve Efficiency, Reduce Costs, And Enhance Overall Performance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, Supply Chain Management, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals And Drive Them Towards Achieving The Organization's Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Aspects Of Supply Chain Management, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, And Distribution, To Ensure Seamless Coordination And Optimize The Supply Chain Operations.
