- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall member experience at Sam's Club.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of member services, including but not limited to, member inquiries, returns and exchanges, and membership sign-ups and renewals.
- Ensure that all member service representatives are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our members.
- Set and maintain high standards for customer service, and ensure that these standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for our members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, building loyalty and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in member services, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and track department budget, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate a team of member service representatives, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent Sam's Club in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Customer Service Or Member Services Department.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Customer Satisfaction Goals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Understanding Of Membership-Based Business Models.
