  1. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote the Sam's Club brand and drive sales.
  2. Create strategic campaign plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  3. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing strategies.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling campaign messaging and creative assets.
  6. Monitor and track campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to meet key performance indicators.
  7. Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  9. Communicate campaign progress and results to upper management and stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their campaign management skills.
  11. Identify potential partnerships and opportunities for co-promotions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all campaigns.
  13. Represent Sam's Club at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential partners.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve campaign processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Campaign Management Or Related Role

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Meet Deadlines

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Or Cross-Functional Projects.
