- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked and displayed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from members.
- Proactively offer assistance and recommendations to members to enhance their dining experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill member requests and ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, promotional items, and pricing.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies as needed.

Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In A Restaurant Or Retail Setting, To Ensure They Can Provide Excellent Service To Sam's Club Members.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Food And Beverage Industry, Including Food Safety Regulations And Menu Items, Is Essential For A Cafe Associate To Successfully Perform Their Duties.
