1. Greet and welcome members to the cafe area with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and presented according to company standards.
4. Maintain a clean and organized cafe area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
5. Restock and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Provide helpful and knowledgeable recommendations to members about menu items.
8. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
10. Continuously strive to improve the dining experience for members by seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments.
11. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings as required.

14. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of members and employees.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the cafe and store.
