- Prepare and package a variety of baked goods, including but not limited to breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies, according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh, properly labeled, and displayed in an attractive manner for members to purchase.
- Keep work area clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Collaborate with other bakery team members to ensure efficient and timely production of baked goods.
- Assist in receiving and storing ingredients and supplies, maintaining proper rotation and storage methods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their bakery purchases and inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate any product quality or inventory issues to management immediately.
- Continuously strive to improve baking skills and techniques, staying updated on new trends and products in the baking industry.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies, arriving on time and completing assigned tasks within designated shift.
- Perform other bakery-related tasks and duties as assigned by management.
