- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Package and label bakery products accurately and efficiently for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of bakery ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and display of bakery items.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure safe handling and storage of bakery products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate to members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others.
Experience In Baking And Packaging: A Qualified Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Baking And Packaging, Whether In A Professional Setting Or Through Personal Experience. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety And Handling Procedures.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Job Of A Baker And Packager Associate At Sam's Club Requires The Ability To Work Quickly And Efficiently, Often Under Time Constraints. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once And Maintain A High Level Of Productivity.
