7. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and addressing any issues in a timely manner.
8. Continuously monitor product freshness and rotate stock accordingly.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to time and attendance, dress code, and code of conduct.
10. Continuously strive to improve and develop baking and packaging skills by seeking out opportunities for training and learning new techniques.
11. Assist in maintaining bakery displays and ensuring they are visually appealing and fully stocked.
12. Operate and maintain all bakery equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to management.
13. Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and products to meet customer demand.
14. Take initiative to identify and address any potential safety hazards in the bakery area.
15. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
