- Package and label baked goods for display and sale.
- Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Greet and assist members with their bakery orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.

Culinary Skills: The Baker And Packager Associate Must Possess Strong Baking And Cooking Skills, Including The Ability To Prepare A Variety Of Baked Goods Such As Bread, Pastries, And Cakes. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Practices.
Attention To Detail: The Job Requires Precision And Attention To Detail In Measuring Ingredients, Following Recipes, And Packaging Products. A Baker And Packager Associate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure The Quality And Consistency Of Baked Goods.
Time Management: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, The Baker And Packager Associate Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet Production And Packaging Deadlines. This Includes Multitasking And Prioritizing Tasks To Ensure Products Are Ready For Sale On Time.
Customer Service: As A Member Of The Sam's Club Team, The Baker And Packager Associate Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Friendly And Helpful Customer Service.
Physical Stamina: The Job Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring The Ability To Stand For Long Periods, Lift And Carry Heavy Bags Of Flour And Other Ingredients, And Operate Commercial Baking Equipment. A Baker And Packager Associate Must Have The Physical Stamina To Handle These Tasks Throughout Their Shift.
