As a Baker and Packager Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our bakery department runs smoothly and efficiently.   1. Perform daily baking tasks including mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
  2. Package and label bakery items according to company standards.
  3. Ensure all bakery products are fresh and properly displayed for members to purchase.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.
  5. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and restocking of bakery items.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their bakery needs.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate baking and packaging processes.
  10. Train and mentor new bakery associates as needed.
  11. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new baking techniques.
  12. Communicate any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
  13. Follow and enforce all food safety regulations.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions for bakery purchases.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
