1. Prepare and bake a variety of fresh goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, in accordance with company recipes and standards.
2. Package and label baked goods for display and sale, ensuring accuracy and proper food safety procedures are followed.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
4. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
5. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about our bakery products.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient production and restocking of baked goods.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and food handling.
8. Continuously monitor quality of baked goods, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
9. Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Sam's Club and our bakery department with professionalism and enthusiasm.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on new products, policies, and procedures.
12. Take initiative to identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
13. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
14. Participate in regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure safe and optimal functioning of bakery equipment.
15. Adhere to all company and legal regulations regarding food handling and safety.
