11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
12. Communicate any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
13. Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve operations.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and mission at all times.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the bakery and packaging department.
