1. Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
2. Package baked goods for display and sale, following proper packaging and labeling procedures.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management.
5. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
6. Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production and restocking of baked goods.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.
