3. Package baked goods and other items in an attractive and organized manner, following company packaging guidelines.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of baked goods and other items for members.
6. Assist with ordering and receiving ingredients and supplies, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
8. Collaborate with other bakery team members to ensure efficient and timely production and packaging of baked goods.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and time management guidelines.
10. Continuously strive to improve baking skills and knowledge of new trends and techniques in the industry.
11. Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns related to production, packaging, or customer service.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, coworkers, and management at all times.
13. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
