- Organize and maintain the backroom area to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
- Receive and process shipments, verifying accuracy and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill online orders and assist with customer pickups.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding inventory needs and issues.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory audits and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet store goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve backroom processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Level Of Education Is Required To Understand And Follow Warehouse Safety Procedures, Operate Equipment, And Effectively Communicate With Team Members.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Backroom Associates Are Often Required To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So Physical Strength And Endurance Are Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: Backroom Associates Must Be Meticulous And Detail-Oriented To Ensure Accurate Inventory Management, Labeling, And Organization Of Merchandise In The Warehouse.
Time Management Skills: As A Backroom Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Receiving, Stocking, And Organizing Merchandise In A Timely Manner. Strong Time Management Skills Are Necessary To Meet Deadlines And Keep The Warehouse Running Efficiently.
