- Maintaining Inventory Levels: It is the Backroom Associate's responsibility to monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to the appropriate team members.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Backroom Associates are expected to follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and moving merchandise, including operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Attention to Detail: As a Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the backroom and storage areas, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and organized.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Backroom Associates must work closely with other team members, such as sales associates and cashiers, to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient customer service.
- Adhere to Company Policies: It is the responsibility of a Backroom Associate to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety regulations, inventory control, and merchandising guidelines.
