  1. Manage inventory: The Backroom Associate will be responsible for accurately managing inventory levels, tracking merchandise, and ensuring that all products are stocked and available for members to purchase.
  2. Organize merchandise: This role will involve organizing and maintaining the backroom and keeping merchandise in its designated areas. The Backroom Associate will also be responsible for rotating stock to ensure older products are brought to the front and newer products are placed at the back.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment: It will be the Backroom Associate's responsibility to ensure that the backroom is clean, safe, and free of any hazards. This includes promptly cleaning up spills, organizing boxes and merchandise, and keeping walkways clear.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service: As a representative of Sam's Club, the Backroom Associate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to members. This may include answering questions, helping members locate products, and providing assistance with loading and unloading purchases.
