- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards members and coworkers at all times.
- Ensure the backroom area is organized and clean to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and accurately stock products onto shelves.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are always available for members.
- Use technology and systems to accurately track and record incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently process and fulfill member orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting members with any inquiries or concerns.
- Perform regular quality checks on merchandise to ensure it meets company standards.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport merchandise.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.

Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Backroom Associate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of How To Receive, Organize, And Track Inventory In A Retail Setting.
Physical Stamina: This Job Can Involve Heavy Lifting, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Other Physically Demanding Tasks, So Candidates Should Be Able To Meet These Demands.
