- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked backroom to ensure efficient product retrieval and restocking.
- Receive and process shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Work closely with sales associates and managers to fulfill customer orders and requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store merchandise.
- Assist in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and achieve store goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of store policies, procedures, and products to assist customers and coworkers.
- Adhere to company standards for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Complete any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately And Efficiently Manage Inventory And Backroom Operations.
Strong Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Merchandise, As The Job May Involve Frequent Bending, Lifting, And Reaching.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Warehouse Systems, Such As Forklift Operation And Inventory Management Software.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members, As Well As Interact With Customers And Vendors.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Tasks, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Efficiency.
