1. Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and ensure accurate inventory counts.
2. Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas of the backroom.
3. Efficiently and accurately label and price merchandise for easy identification and pricing accuracy.
4. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
5. Monitor and maintain backroom cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
6. Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to ensure efficient and timely restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
7. Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service when needed.
8. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport merchandise as needed.
9. Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
11. Proactively identify and report any safety or security concerns to management.
12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
