As a Backroom Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurately stocked and readily available for our members. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Stock and organize inventory in designated areas of the store.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely restocking of products on store shelves.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  4. Utilize inventory management systems and equipment to maintain proper inventory levels.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized backroom area to ensure efficient workflow.
  6. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures while handling and moving inventory.
  7. Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, checking for damages and verifying accuracy.
  8. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries and locating products.
  10. Continuously communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient operations.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code and attendance.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, demonstrating dedication and commitment to the job.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  14. Contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment for all team members and members.
  15. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Team Player: As A Member Of The Sam's Club Team, Backroom Associates Must Work Collaboratively With Others To Achieve Common Goals. The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Take Direction, And Contribute To A Positive Work Environment Is Essential For Success In This Role.
