Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Backroom Associate Should Possess A Good Understanding Of Inventory Management Processes, Including Receiving, Stocking, And Organizing Merchandise In The Backroom.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Inventory Counts And Proper Placement Of Merchandise In The Backroom.
