Backroom Associate

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Backroom Associate to join our team at Sam’s Club! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is properly stored and maintained in the backroom. To be successful, you must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be adept at efficiently handling a variety of tasks. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and store merchandise in the backroom in an organized and efficient manner.
2. Ensure that all items are properly labeled and stored.
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order additional stock as needed.
5. Assist with loading and unloading items from delivery trucks as needed.
6. Assist customers with locating items in the backroom.
7. Assist in processing customer returns.
8. Operate basic computer systems to enter and update inventory information.
9. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
10. Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
