Backroom Associate

This role involves being responsible for the receiving and stocking of merchandise as well as assisting with the maintenance of the backroom.The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They must also be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a retail store or warehouse is beneficial but not required.We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities:

1. Unload and sort merchandise into the backroom.
2. Assist in organizing and stocking the backroom.
3. Receive incoming shipments and ensure all items are accounted for.
4. Keep accurate records of all products received and stored.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly backroom.
6. Assist customers with locating items in the backroom.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Follow all safety regulations.
