Asset Protection Associate

Sam's Club is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Asset Protection Associate to join our Asset Protection team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise and assets within the store are secure and protected. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the store for any suspicious activity or fraudulent activities.
2. Ensure that all merchandise and assets are properly stored and accounted for.
3. Create and maintain a secure and safe environment for customers and staff.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and assist with any inquiries they may have.
5. Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents and investigations.
6. Investigate potential theft and fraud cases and report any findings to management.
7. Cooperate with law enforcement and other government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and fraud.
9. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with fellow associates and other departments.
10. Undertake any other tasks as required to maintain a secure and safe store environment.
