Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity and provide customer service as needed to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
2. Maintain a secure environment by following Sam’s Club loss prevention policies and procedures.
3. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other violations of company policy.
4. Communicate with store management and other personnel to ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.
5. Maintain records of incidents, security breaches, and other related information.
6. Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve safety.
7. Train store personnel on proper loss prevention methods.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
9. Operate store surveillance equipment.
10. Create audit reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
