  1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to deter and detect any potential threats to the safety and security of our members and associates.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into any suspicious or criminal activities, and take necessary actions to resolve any issues.
  3. Collaborate with store management, law enforcement, and other relevant parties to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols.
  4. Utilize various security equipment and technology, such as cameras and alarms, to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
  5. Train and educate store associates on security procedures and best practices to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
  6. Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations, such as accidents, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and reports, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  8. Conduct routine audits and inspections of store premises to identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities.
  9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other Asset Protection Associates and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient security team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in security practices and procedures, and continuously improve knowledge and skills to enhance job performance.

  • Knowledge Of Asset Protection: Applicants Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Asset Protection Principles, Including Loss Prevention Strategies, Risk Assessment, And Internal Investigations.

  • Physical Security Experience: Candidates Should Have Experience In Implementing Physical Security Measures, Such As Cctv, Alarm Systems, And Access Controls, To Protect Company Assets.

  • Attention To Detail: A Successful Asset Protection Associate Must Possess Strong Observational Skills And Attention To Detail To Identify Potential Security Threats And Suspicious Behaviors.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Law Enforcement. Candidates Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
