- Monitor and patrol the club premises to identify and prevent potential security threats.
- Utilize surveillance equipment and systems to monitor for any suspicious activity.
- Respond to and investigate any security incidents or breaches.
- Follow proper protocols and procedures for handling and reporting any security incidents.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to implement and maintain safety and security measures.
- Conduct thorough bag checks and receipt checks to prevent theft and loss.
- Communicate with members and associates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any security concerns or questions.
- Train and educate associates on security protocols and procedures.
- Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Keep accurate records and reports of security incidents and investigations.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of security equipment and systems.
- Act as a visible deterrent to potential security threats.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Strategies, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Safety Protocols.
Ability To Identify Suspicious Behavior: An Asset Protection Associate Should Have The Ability To Recognize And Identify Suspicious Behavior Among Customers And Employees, And Take Appropriate Action To Mitigate Potential Risks.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As The Associate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Documenting Potential Security Threats Or Policy Violations.
