  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for members, associates, and assets
  • Observe and identify potential security risks and take appropriate action
  • Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents or violations
  • Work closely with law enforcement and other emergency services when necessary
  • Utilize CCTV and other security equipment to monitor and deter theft and other criminal activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and associates, while also enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Train and educate associates on security protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and investigations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall safety and security of the store
  • Continuously assess and improve security measures to prevent and mitigate potential risks
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Strategies: An Ideal Candidate For The Asset Protection Associate Role At Sam's Club Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Strategies And Techniques. This Includes Knowledge Of Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Audits, And Security Protocols.

  • Attention To Detail: Asset Protection Associates Are Responsible For Identifying Potential Theft And Fraudulent Activities. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Attention To Detail To Accurately Identify Suspicious Behavior And Discrepancies In Inventory And Sales Data.
