- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with members, associates, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage inventory and merchandise levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Analyze and report on sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Retail Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Experience With Financial Management, Including Budgeting And Forecasting.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, As Well As Implementing Effective Operational Strategies.
