  1. Lead and develop a team of associates by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  2. Ensure the overall success of the store by driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  3. Uphold and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service is provided to all members.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  5. Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the store and efficient use of resources.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep associates informed and motivated.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  10. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Create and maintain positive relationships with members, associates, and vendors.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  13. Manage inventory and merchandise levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  14. Analyze and report on sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Retail Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Experience With Financial Management, Including Budgeting And Forecasting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, As Well As Implementing Effective Operational Strategies.
