Area Manager Asset Protection

1. Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies and protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure the safety of associates and customers within the designated region.
2. Lead and manage a team of asset protection associates, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and effectively address and mitigate them.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including store operations, human resources, and legal, to ensure a coordinated approach to asset protection and risk management.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions to improve asset protection processes and procedures.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and loss prevention, and proactively make recommendations to enhance the company's security measures.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other external partners to ensure a strong network of support for asset protection efforts.
8. Investigate and respond to incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, following company protocols and legal requirements.
9. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for associates on asset protection policies and procedures.
10. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to asset protection, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
