
VP, Revenue Cloud Solutions
We’re looking for an innovative and driven Vice President to join our Revenue Cloud Solutions team at Salesforce! As VP, you will be responsible for leading our team in developing and delivering revenue solutions to our customers. You will be a key member of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solutions team, working cross-functionally to ensure a positive experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership experience and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in customer-facing roles. You should have extensive knowledge of cloud solutions and have experience in successfully developing and launching new cloud-based revenue products. Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solutions team in developing and delivering revenue solutions to customers.
- Create strategies to grow customer revenue and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure successful collaboration.
- Develop and launch new cloud-based revenue products.
- Monitor team performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure team efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Oversee budget management and financial planning.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
