- Lead the product design and user experience strategy for Salesforce's Data Cloud team.
- Develop and maintain a clear and compelling vision for the user experience of our data products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and data science to ensure the user experience aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and constantly improve the user experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of product designers and user experience professionals.
- Develop and implement design processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all data products and services.
- Drive innovation and experimentation in product design and user experience to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to communicate the value of our data products and services to customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their products and services into our data offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and user experience trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into our processes and products.
Strong Background In Product Design And Ux: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Design And User Experience, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful And Innovative Products.
Expertise In Data Cloud Solutions: A Deep Understanding Of Data Cloud Solutions, Including Data Management, Analytics, And Visualization, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing Products That Leverage Data To Drive Business Insights And Outcomes.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Vp, Product Design & Ux - Data Cloud, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Designers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
