1. Develop and implement the overall design strategy for our Data Cloud products, in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
2. Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality and user-centered designs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

12. Represent the company's design and UX capabilities at conferences, events, and industry forums.
13. As the VP, serve as a thought leader and advocate for user-centered design within the company, promoting its value and benefits to key stakeholders.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
15. Continuously evaluate and implement new design tools and techniques to enhance the design process and team's productivity.
