  1. Develop and implement a global people strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of employee experience, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
  3. Lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering top-notch services to employees worldwide.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and inclusive employee experience.
  5. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, ensuring that they are integrated into all people strategies and practices.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand their needs and align people strategies accordingly.
  7. Provide guidance and support to HR teams globally to ensure consistency and alignment with the global people strategy.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate people strategies.
  9. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach to recruitment and hiring.
  10. Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  11. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  12. Monitor and analyze people data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve employee experience and drive business growth.
  13. Represent the company at external events and conferences, promoting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  14. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to people management and employment practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Leadership: A Successful Vp Of Es Global People Services At Salesforce Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles, Preferably In Global Organizations. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Managing Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strategic Thinker: This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Develop And Implement Innovative People Solutions That Align With The Company's Overall Business Objectives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Best Practices And Industry Trends, And Be Able To Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies.

  • Global Hr Expertise: Salesforce Operates In Multiple Countries And Has A Diverse Workforce. Therefore, The Vp Of Es Global People Services Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Hr Practices, Regulations, And Laws. This Includes Experience In Managing International Benefits, Compensation, And Employment Laws.
