  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
  5. Monitor global market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
  6. Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive their professional growth and development.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to support global operations.
  8. Drive business growth and transformation by identifying new market opportunities and implementing innovative strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to support the global strategy and operational plans.
