In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our global compliance and certification efforts to ensure that Salesforce is meeting all industry standards and regulations.   1. Develop and implement a global compliance strategy for Salesforce, ensuring that all business practices and operations meet industry standards and regulations.
  2. Oversee all compliance programs and initiatives, including conducting risk assessments, creating policies and procedures, and implementing training programs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in the compliance landscape and proactively make necessary adjustments to keep Salesforce in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business, including product development, sales, and marketing.
  5. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful execution of compliance efforts.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of any changes or updates that may impact Salesforce's compliance efforts.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance levels and identify any potential areas for improvement.
  9. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership, highlighting any potential risks or areas for improvement.
  10. Serve as a role model for ethical and compliant behavior, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

Job Qualifications
