- Develop and implement a global compliance strategy for Salesforce, ensuring that all business practices and operations meet industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee all compliance programs and initiatives, including conducting risk assessments, creating policies and procedures, and implementing training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in the compliance landscape and proactively make necessary adjustments to keep Salesforce in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business, including product development, sales, and marketing.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful execution of compliance efforts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of any changes or updates that may impact Salesforce's compliance efforts.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance levels and identify any potential areas for improvement.
