As a Trail Architect, you will have the opportunity to design and implement custom solutions for our clients, using your expertise in Salesforce products and services.   1. Design and implement custom solutions for clients using Salesforce products and services.
  2. Utilize expertise in Salesforce to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
  4. Analyze and evaluate client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Develop and present proposals and solutions to clients.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and how they can be leveraged for client solutions.
  8. Continuously review and improve processes and methodologies for solution design and implementation.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on Salesforce products and services.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their Salesforce needs.
  11. Stay on top of industry trends and developments related to Salesforce and make recommendations for their integration into client solutions.
  12. Participate in sales pitches and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
  13. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  15. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues during the solution design and implementation process.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Expertise In Salesforce Architecture And Design: A Trail Architect Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities, Including Customization, Configuration, Integration, And Development.

  • Proven Experience In Solution Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Consulting With Clients To Understand Their Business Requirements And Design Effective Solutions Using Salesforce.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Trail Architect, The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Essential. This Includes Creating And Delivering Compelling Presentations And Demos.

  • Experience In Project Management And Delivery: A Successful Trail Architect Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion Within The Salesforce Ecosystem. This Includes Project Planning, Resource Management, And Risk Assessment.

  • Salesforce Certifications And Knowledge Of Best Practices: A Trail Architect Should Hold Multiple Salesforce Certifications And Be Up-To-Date On The Latest Platform Features And Best Practices. This Demonstrates A Commitment To Ongoing Learning And A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Ecosystem.
