  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Mid-Market team.
  2. Identify and prospect new clients within the designated territory to expand the customer base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  8. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce products and services to potential and existing clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  10. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and product knowledge to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  11. Represent Salesforce in a professional and positive manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
  13. Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and attend sales meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Sales Experience: A Territory Ae - Mid-Market Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A B2B Environment. This Experience Should Include A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Salesforce Products: As A Representative Of Salesforce, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. This Includes Proficiency With Salesforce's Crm Platform And Its Various Cloud Offerings.

  • Territory Management Skills: The Role Of A Territory Ae - Mid-Market Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage A Designated Territory And Build Relationships With Potential Clients. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing On Territory Plans And Strategies.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate The Value Of Salesforce's Products And Services To Potential Clients And Deliver Effective Presentations.

  • Team Player: Salesforce Values Collaboration And Teamwork, And The Candidate Should Demonstrate The Ability To Work Well With Others. This Role Involves Working Closely With Internal Teams Such As Marketing, Customer Success, And Product Teams, As Well As External Partners And Clients.
