  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and growth within the public sector and NGO space.
  2. Identify and target potential clients within the public sector and nonprofit organizations, and establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for Salesforce.
  4. Actively prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant events and conferences.
  5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through effective lead qualification and management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of public sector and nonprofit clients.
  7. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Salesforce's products and services.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
  9. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to effectively position Salesforce as a leader in the public sector and NGO space.
  11. Represent Salesforce at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships with potential clients.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
  13. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
  14. Uphold Salesforce's values and mission, and act as a positive ambassador for the brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Public Sector Or Ngo Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Potential Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Adapt To Different Customer Needs And Preferences.
