
Technical Support Engineer (Service Cloud)

As our Technical Support Engineer, you’ll use your expertise to provide top-notch technical assistance to our customers and help them get the most out of our platform.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, as well as a solid understanding of the Service Cloud platform. If you’re a strong communicator, reliable problem-solver, and eager to make a difference for our customers, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to Salesforce Service Cloud customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing advice on platform usage.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear and concise communication at all times.
- Develop deep understanding of Service Cloud technology and platform capabilities.
- Analyze customer requests and provide accurate and reliable solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve customer support services.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics and take action to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to Service Cloud technology and platform capabilities.
- Participate in customer service training programs to stay informed of new processes and procedures.
