Job Description

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer who’s excited about the opportunity to help customers make the most of Salesforce’s Service Cloud? If so, we’d love to have you join our team!We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of Service Cloud technology. As our Technical Support Engineer, you’ll use your expertise to provide top-notch technical assistance to our customers and help them get the most out of our platform.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, as well as a solid understanding of the Service Cloud platform. If you’re a strong communicator, reliable problem-solver, and eager to make a difference for our customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to Salesforce Service Cloud customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing advice on platform usage.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear and concise communication at all times.
  3. Develop deep understanding of Service Cloud technology and platform capabilities.
  4. Analyze customer requests and provide accurate and reliable solutions.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve customer support services.
  6. Monitor customer service performance metrics and take action to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes to Service Cloud technology and platform capabilities.
  8. Participate in customer service training programs to stay informed of new processes and procedures.
