Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Cloud Computing, Programming Languages, And Database Management
Experience In Providing Technical Support To Customers, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Issues
Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As Industry Standards And Best Practices In Technical Support.
