  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce products and services and provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  7. Communicate technical solutions and updates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues before they impact customers.
  9. Participate in regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to continuously improve technical skills.
  10. Act as a technical resource for sales and account management teams to assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new support strategies.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing technical support.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  14. Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  15. Assist with onboarding and training of new Technical Support Engineers as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Cloud Computing, Programming Languages, And Database Management

  • Experience In Providing Technical Support To Customers, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Customer Issues

  • Familiarity With Salesforce Products And Services, As Well As Industry Standards And Best Practices In Technical Support.
